Anytime They Say NO BAKE! I Go YAY! This No Bake Strawberry Icebox Cake Is What I Need!
I have a thing for sweets and easy recipes. And if you combine the two, and you’ll be my friend for life. That’s one reason why I couldn’t get enough of this no bake strawberry icebox cake from iheartnaptime. This is such a great idea!
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of graham crackers
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 5 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 pint strawberries, cut in half (for top of cake)
- 1/4 cup melting chocolate wafers, optional
