Taco Cupcakes That Are Bite Fulls of Goodness
When we say taco cupcakes, were aren’t talking about dessert. This yup recipe is the main course and instead of cupcake liners and cake it’s made of wraps and all the meat and cheese that you can handle. Thanks to TableSpoon we can make this my the dozens.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (1 oz) package Old El Paso™ original taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 36 wonton wrappers
- 1 (16 oz) can Old El Paso™ refried beans
- 36 tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour optional toppings: cream, diced tomatoes, cilantro, onion
