#1)Â Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Smoothie:Â This dessert-like smoothie has only a fraction of the calories. See below how to make this chocolate pumpkin treat for yourself!
INGREDIENTS
- ⅔ cup pure pumpkin puree
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 1Â cup whole milk
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1½ cups crushed ice
- whipped cream and cocoa powder, for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Place the pumpkin puree, yogurt, milk, and chocolate chips in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice, blend until smooth and frothy.
- To serve, top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.
#2)Â Pumpkin Coconut Smoothie:Â Fresh ginger and coconut water makes this smoothie stand out. Keep reading for the recipe – it’s just below it’s photo!
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups coconut water
- 1Â cup coconut milk
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
- 11-inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1Â cup crushed ice
- toasted coconut flakes, for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Place the coconut water, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, ginger, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- To serve, garnish with the coconut flakes.
#3)Â Pumpkin Superfood Smoothie:Â Nut-based goodness with a pinch of spice and honey makes this all too yummy. They’ll never know they’re getting their greens! Recipe just below.
INGREDIENTS
- 1Â cup almond milk
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
- 2Â cups packed baby spinach
- 1Â cup ice
- 2Â teaspoons raw honey
- 1Â teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼ cup pistachios
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
#4)Â Pumpkin and Roasted Apple Breakfast Smoothie:Â With a taste of apple and pumpkin, this smoothie is somewhere in between snack and dessert. Recipe is just below the photo!
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1Â cup cubed roasted apple, skin removed (from 6 apples)
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 1½ cups whole milk
- 1Â cup crushed ice
- 2Â tablespoons maple syrup
- granola, for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Place the pumpkin puree, oats, cinnamon, milk, ice, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- To serve, top with a sprinkling of granola.
