Don’t Look Away Too Fast, Or They’ll Be Gone! These Sausage Cheeseballs Are A Real Crowd Pleaser
Sausage cheeseball are the big brother to meatballs. That means you just can’t go wrong with them. When your friends and family get their fingers on these sausage cheeseballs you be the hero of the evening.
Ingredients
Yields 60 sausage cheeseballs
3 cups allpurpose flour
4½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cayenne/red pepper
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 pound sharp cheese, grated
1 pound ground sausage
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all of the ingredients expect for the sausage into a large mixing bowl. Crumble the sausage and add it in.
Now for the fun part… Use your clean hands to knead and mix together the ingredients. Keep going until it is combined.
