• 2½ Tbsp flour
• 2 tsp apple pie spice
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 1 cup water
• 5 eggs
• 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 2¼ cups whole milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp apple pie spice
• 1 tsp cinnamon
