- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Pinch Salt
- 4 Tb Cold Butter (cubed)
- 2 Tb Ice Water

- 1 tsp Spiced Apple Cider (or lemon juice)
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
