How about some Bacon-Wrapped Onion Rings Glazed with Sriracha? What?
Yes, Yes, Yes…tell me what I need?
Bacon…check!
Onions…check!
Sriracha…check!
You’re on your way to a mouthful of flavor that’s almost too amazing to describe!
Here is what you’ll need:
- Bacon
- 4 Sweet Onions
- Sriracha
Slice the onions in thick slices; brush on Sriracha sauce on both sides; wrap onion ring with raw bacon (it might take multiple slices to fully wrap the onion ring like a wreath.
Place rings on a foil-lined pan and bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
Dipping Sauce:
Mix together 2 Tbsp Mayo + 2 Tbsp Sriracha + 2 tsp Lime Juice
