We love this idea for a baby shower gift! It’s easy to grab that big box of diapers and call it a day. These cupcake onesies are so simple to create it would be a shame to pass this idea up. (Maybe give both – a new mom can never have enough diapers!)
Cupcake packaging can be found at your local craft store. You can choose to customize as you wish, adding store bought cupcake sleeves or decorating your own. The colors can be chosen based on the baby’s gender. These would be a great idea for hosting a baby shower for multiple expecting moms! A cupcake tree with various cupcake onesies could be set up as a table feature.

Don’t want to use tape to hold the “cupcakes” together? An alternative is to wrap them with the other sock at the bottom of the roll and then turn it up to hold the rolled onesie in place. This is a great idea to add an extra layer of color too!
