I Never Thought I’d Love Eating Dirt. This Dirt Cake Is So Yummy.
Whoever thought that dirt and cake could be a perfect match. Your kids (especially your little boys) won’t be able to get enough of this dirt cake. It looks just like something that they would make in the back yard, but it tastes a million times better. This is one of the best summer desserts.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ Cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 2 small boxes (3.4 oz size) instant vanilla pudding
- 3 Cups milk
- 1 large tub (16 oz size) Cool Whip
- Chocolate candy rocks (optional)
- Strawberries with hulls in tact (optional)
