Upcycled DIY Bird Feeder Is A Feast For Feathered Friends

Go ahead and finish that bottle of wine, but don’t throw the bottle away.  Upcycle it into this charming DIY bird feeder and you’ll have hungry visitors all year!

Very few things bring as much joy as watching birds in their natural habitat.  We find it fascinating to watch them build nests and chase each other around.  That’s hard work, so if we can help them out by providing a little extra food, we don’t mind a bit.

Buying several bird feeders, however, can get expensive.  Not to mention the cost of the seed.  Why not make your own feeders out of recyclable materials and create a little art installation that is just as pretty as it is useful?

HGTV Handmade shows you that with some scrap lumber and glass bottles, you can have this adorable little feeding station.  And won’t your feathered friends be so happy?
