These Healthy Crockpot Brownies Are The Perfect Way To Start Dessert While I’m At Work

Ingredients:
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp white whole wheat flour or gluten-free* flour
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup pure maple syrup
