She’s done it again! JoAnn Stevens presents us with her fabulous Eclair Cake. It’s crunchy. It’s smooth. It’s chocolatey! It’s AMAZING!! And it comes from one of our favorites, JoAnn Stevens. Check out the no-bake Chocolate Eclair Cake recipe below and give it a try! MMMMM….
Eclair Cake Ingredients
- 1 pkg chocolate or regular graham crackers
- 1 large pkg instant vanilla or chocolate pudding (I use sugar free)
- 1 medium size chocolate or vanilla Cool Whip (I use lite)
- 1 can chocolate frosting (I use sheet cake size can)
- 1 9×13 pan
Eclair Cake Instructions
1: Place graham crackers on bottom of pan.
2: Make pudding by directions then fold in Cool Whip.
3: Put 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers, add another layer of crackers, add remaining pudding mixture, and one more layer of crackers.
4: Heat chocolate frosting in microwave for 1 minute until you can pour in over crackers. Spread with knife.
5: Needs to be refrigerated for 6 hours.
