This No-Bake Cheesecake Is Perfect For All of The Cheesecake Lovers Out There.
This may be dangerous. We went to Family Feeding Bag and they showed us how to make no bake cheesecake in a mason jar . Yes that’s right, cheesecake for non-bakers. This is dangerous because cheesecake is my favorite, I’ll have to resist eating a dozen of these bad boys by myself. So yummy!
Ingredients
Makes a dozen (1/2 cup) jars
- 1 1/4 cups graham crumbs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup liquid honey
- 1 tsp ( vanilla extract
- Zest of half a lemon
- 1 1/4 cups jam
