Parmesan Crusted Tortellini Bites Are A Mouthwatering Delight

I could eat pasta pretty much any day of the year.  And, oh how my family loves some tortellini!  I am about to blow their minds with this take on their pasta favorite.  Parmesan Crusted Tortellini Bites by The Cozy Cook are twice cooked…the second time with a crunchy, savory coating of Parm!  Serve it alongside a marinara dipping sauce and you will take their dinnertime fave from pasta bowl to game night plate, appetizer platter or party buffet.  Yum!

 

 

 

You will need:

• 1 (9 oz.) package refrigerated three cheese tortellini
• 1 cup oil (varies slightly depending on pan size)
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
• ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 2 Teaspoons of Parsley, chopped well
• ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
• ½ cup marinara sauce
