Base recipe:
- 1 Boxed Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
Cherry Pie Cupcakes:
- Buttercream frosting
- 2 21 oz. cans cherry pie filling
Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes:
- 2 3/4 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 6 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
Pecan Pie Cupcakes:
- 3 1/2 cups chopped, toasted pecans
- 2 cups caramel ice cream sauce
