Every once in awhile, we “vintage people” yearn for a blast from the past. Take a trip to the adult soda fountain with this Wine Ice Cream Float!
Life can be hard and every now and then we deserve a treat. Personally, we think a double treat is in order, with a combination of two of our favorites…wine and ice cream. And this delicious treat will make you think you’re back in the good old days. I haven’t even tasted this thing yet but it already sounds like a winner in our book!
Thankfully, the amazing folks over at Club W are bringing us a delightful recipe that we think you will love! This blast from the past gives our childhood treat an adult makeover. It’s a creamy vanilla float that combines a sweet red wine and fizzy water to create this lovely dessert cocktail.
You only need a few ingredients to pull off this signature drink. Whether it’s for a dinner party, cookout or just a night on the porch, I think this cocktail will send you over the moon. Once you’re done, top the drink with a tangy cherry and you might just want to have another tomorrow! Go ahead…we won’t tell.
